1/2 cup white onion
1 cup green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkt. taco seasoning
4 roma tomatoes
1 cup corn (frozen or canned, if you use canned, drain it)
1 can refried beans
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cook together onion, pepper and beef until the beef is browned. Drain the grease and add taco seasoning. Mix seasoning with the beef mixture according to package directions.
In your stand mixer, mix diced tomatoes, corn, refried beans, chopped green chiles, sour cream and shredded cheddar.
Add beef mixture to the mixer. Combine, then pour the dip into a 9”x13” pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
