1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 milk chocolate kisses
- Cream peanut butter and sugar with a mixer. Add egg and vanilla; beat until blended. Using a 1.5/2 in. cookie scoop, place the cookie dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until tops are slightly cracked. Immediately press one chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Cool for at least 5 minutes before removing from the cookie sheet onto a wire rack.
